      Thank you huaywenandkenneth for sharing information about BTPS. I am glad to know that BTPS is a good school also.


      While we as parents try hard to get our children to ‘hot’ schools, we should not let them feel they have to go to a 2nd class school if we are balloted out. Anyway children will quickly get used to a new school and enjoy life there. In the end it is our children’s own quality that makes the most difference.

      Actually I find Singapore Education System very complex 😐 - from P1 prep, registration and balloting, to P3 school streaming, then GEP, and the P6 DSA, PSLE S1 posting. :roll:

      It's a subject for parents to study. Need planning and strategising and lots of praying 🙏 to maximise score!

      Quite a good summary too !

      This is because MOE likes to differentiate students. They like create new grouping scheme. So you see higher mother tongue, Chinese A Chinese B, there could be A1 and A2 in future
