I have 3 kids, with the first one I was so strict and always asking for results (not matter what he did), he is a good 21 old guy now but he is shy and insecure.


With my second daughter, (only one year younger ) I gradually changed to be more open to her perspective, she is a 20 years old girl who isn’t shy but she is difficult to handle (very smart but explosive).

With my 16 years old 3rd daughter, I become less strict, more understanding, a lot of communication, we decide what is right and what is wrong together (not implying that I know everything because I don’t) and is working pretty good, she is so smart, educated, respectful and committed to everything she does pursuing knowledge for the joy of knowing.
