My daughter is born in 2013 and we’re staying in Punggol. My hb want her to be in CHIJ Hougang but talk only no action. Zzzz…

What do we do in order to get my daughter in there?

PS: We’re total noob parents and very unfamiliar with the systems. And of course all the abbreviation used here. I guessed PV means Parents Volunteer?
