We are looking at enrolling my soon to be 18 mo girl into child care in Mar/Apr and are checking out both Star Learner @ Blk 510 and Happy Family @ Blk 505.
Appreciate if anyone has experiences to share on both the centers.

(We did a tour at Happy Family, but as its nap time, the rooms’ all dark. We couldn’t see very much - the cleanliness, tidiness, etc.
We also popped by Star Learner, but as we didn’t make prior appointment, we couldn’t enter the premise. So we couldn’t quite gauge how big the place is etc…)
