I had a totally different experience with TAS admin. Their admin’s response were very fast, efficient and they follow up on my request closely. I find the response of teacher was much slower, took few days to reply questions. I am just thinking during exam revision period, if my child need help with her English, with that kind of response, by the time my child receive a reply the English paper might be over.
