RE: Tingkat Dinner
I didn’t report coz I don’t know who to go to. Also I wonder is it only me since they have many customers? I suspect it’s the quality of ingredients they used otherwise how can food just turn bad so quickly? The smell and bubbled dish really make me sick. I have complained but to them it’s like…ok another complaint. Just say sorry, refund to me the unused portion and move on lor, wasay! I came to this forum and share is because I benefitted a lot from all these forums and hope my experience can help others better decide when they want to order tingkat.
I have tried Kim’s, Mom’s cooking, Hong Choo and City Gourmet. This Lexin is by far the worst experience I had. -
RE: Tingkat Dinner
Just wanted to share my recent experience. I had ordered Lexin Tingkat dinner Asian Delight for 10 days last week. For the first 8 days, there are 2 times the food came with one of the dishes stink and gravy foaming showing that it has turned bad. And another time was the bee hoon was slimy when you scooped up and also with a smell. Coincidentally, the 3 times came was with their special days for Asian Delight. I really don’t understand why. The food reaches my place at around 6pm, a little warm but with a stench that is like vomit.
I wrote to them and they said they will replace with another meal. It is not the replacement. Can you imagine every of their dish that came to me I have to inspect and smell before I let my family eat? So far my worst experience with a caterer.
Is it because their factory is far from my place and delivery took longer and thus exposed and contaminated? But the dishes came sealed. Or is it ingredients used that is not fresh? I really don’t know and wonder does this only happen to me? No complaints meh? I am surprised that their business can still last. -
