I am a new PH mum. My DD just received the yearbook from school. PH listed top 10 students for each level. How will the school know which are top 10 when the results for SA2 are not out? (or results already out - I have no info as my DD is in P1 and no assessment :)) Any info. on how they do the ranking?

I seriously find Jennifer’s post is very useful. Will definitely pay more attention to my DD’s progress if one of the teachers teach her. Thanks, Jennifer.


At the same time, I find it unnecessary to name the parent from which class. Putting myself in her shoes, I do not want to be named in a public forum in such a manner.

My DD is in Pei Hwa P1 this year. Does anyone know what is the selection criteria when CCA is over-subscribe? Ballot or first-come-first-serve?
