      It is really dependent on the teachers assigned. For a start, I was happy with icr. Then they replaced the teacher for one of my kid. Within 1-2 lessons, the new teacher suggested to send my child to see a specialist cos she cannot get some vowels right.

      We, as parents were upset cos that precisely why we send our kids there. Moreover, the examiner during the screen test noted that and assured us that it is normal as young kids are exploring with sounds.
      We wanted to withdraw but had signed up for half a year. Stuck with that, we had no choice but to continue. Nevertheless, we are happy to have another new perm teacher, of which our kid enjoys his teaching.
      In short, it really depends on the teachers assigned
