Any one can advice on choosing between a good school’s Normal(A) program vs express program in a band 7 school?

Son with a PSLE score of 196, he loves Broadrick and Duman secondary, so is it better to go Express or Normal(a)?

Please help to provide some insight on factors to consider and condition of both school!
