    • RE: Which subject do you thing is/will be easy for PSLE 2013?

Heard today’s math paper was easy. Will the goal for A* be harder to achieve? I know T-score is moderated against cohort. Will the grade be moderated as well?

      anxious.dad:
Checked the MOE's School Information Service website this morning and realised that that the listing of COP to secondary schools has been changed. Instead of listing the COP for Express/ NA/ NT, now only COP for the 'O' Level programme (supposedly Express) and IP are listed! Wondering why the lifting of info for NA/ NT programme?

      \t
      For example: CHS

      \tLower \tUpper \t*Median \tLower \tUpper \t*Median
      'O' Level Programme\t249\t261\t251\t240\t254\t245
      Integrated Programme\t252\t265\t255\tNone-posted

CHS does not offer NA & NT, they only offer IP & Express (O Levels).

Thank you emoh, Dreamgear, krtc & amberwong.

My considerations for CHS are definitely the school fees and its strength in the Chinese Language. My DS is not strong in CL (65%), so I’m hoping that immersing him in the environment will help. And, he will definitely need external CL tuition regardless which school he goes to.

With SJI, I always thought that SJI boys are more eloquent in the English Language than CHS boys, and that is a very strong pull factor for me as well.

I heard from a friend that her DS in CHS does English & English Literature as one subject in Sec 1. What about in Sec 2?

Hi parents, I’d like to ask for O Levels track, between SJI & CHS, which would you choose? And why? Appreciate all your views. Thanks.
