If the helper gets pregnant, we need to pay her 10 weeks of maternity leave and cannot terminate the contract!!!I don't think the maid can stay there to give birth. If not china ppl won't need to pay extra money to third party to ask ppl to help them give birth at china. They will all queue up to be maid then indo or phili can continue stay in their country.
