I couldn't agree more. I do not know what is the school management doing. Changing transportation company every year is real stressful for the patents. Students arriving home 1 hour plus after the school ends. Bus company gets more disorganized with every change. This reflects real badly on the school image.

Please understand that there will be changes in vendors from time to time and this is beyond the control of the school. The situation is the same in all schools.
Please log onto MConline to discuss this directly with the school.[/quote]Fyi - I did log in to the MConline. Not impressed with it... All postings but no reply from the school. What's the point? At least here we can share our grouses/compliments among the parents. Sure, compliments are nice and reflect well for the school but feedback is also necessary for the benefit of all since our children will be studying at west spring for the next 5 or 6 years. It's true that vendors are changed from time to time but a change of vendors plus a 50% increase in prices? As consumers, we expect to get better services in return for an increase in prices... but sadly this is not true for our school bus transport situation in west spring. I take back my words in my earlier posting... I wish west spring changes the bus company next year...it couldn't and shouldn't get any worse... will it?

During orientation, Mrs Jacinta Lim promised a "good" company is handling the transportation service. Heard from the mom of my girl classmate, when she called the bus company to feedback…she was told the driver was at fault for taking the wrong route. Whereas the Auntie driver claimed that the 2 different routes that she had taken were given by the company. 1 bus to send all 30 kids home is definitely insufficient. Hope WEST SPRING can help to liaise with the bus company for the betterment of all kids who are taking the bus transportation.

hi all, newbie here…went to the informal chat and i learnt that lessons at WSPS will end at 1.30pm…? is it the norm for schools to end at this time?
