Hi all, would like to ask a few question as this is the first time I’m hiring a maid.

I’ve employ a Myanmar maid thru agency A due to my urgency, i did not really researched other maid bio, now worked for me almost 1 month (transfer maid) but found not suitable so
we decided to change to Filipinos instead but the problem is we have to pay another new EXPENSIVE FESS $$ which is very expensive.

I’ve found that actually we can direct hire a maid from Philippines and I’ve got a recommendation from a friend that’s her ex-maid want
to come back Singapore to work.

Q
1) Is is recommended to use my friends ex-maid (worried that she work with my friends is like a superwomen but if work for me will not)
2) Since I’ve a contract with agency A and will they refund me all the debt+Insurance (Pro-rated) charges that we paid for the Myanmar maid?
3) What are the pros and cons for engaging services like "Hart Consultancy"
