Hmmm... I guess not. Had a look at 2008 (287) and noticed that the COP 2009 for some schools are higher than that for 2010. I guess a best way to gauge is using the mean PSLE score.

Just wondering if anyone has the latest statistics on the mean score for this year’s PSLE vs 2009. Will we be expecting the COP for most of the schools to dip slightly this year?
