Thanks for the clarification. I believe I got the wrong school. I got mixed up with St Anthony's Canossian Primary School (girls school only) to St Anthony Primary (mixed school).

RE: St Anthony's Canossian Primary
May I know what is the usual timetable for Primary 1 school kids? Like what time do they start in the morning? What time do they finish from school? Is the school a full day school or by am session or pm session? How about the CCAs - how many times do they attend that and what time usually is it? First timer local school kid's parent here.
Another issue, Is it true that school will transfer to another location in 2011? Would anyone clarify this issue please?
Much time constrained parent and confused,
:?
PS. I have been posting my thread to other school. I was confused that the St Anthony Primary School (SAPS-mixed gender school) and St Anthony Canossian Primary School (SACPS-girls only school) are not the same school. Duh! -

I thought the St Anthony Primary School is for girls only. Is it a mixed gender school? I just read someone post that her/his son got in at SAPS.
I have seen a quite a few Eurasians in the school this year, so your DD should be fine.
Thanks for your reply, Mowmow.
Does the school has catechist class or do I have to register her to the nearby Catholic Church? I am raised as a Catholic and I would like my daughter to participate the Holy Communion. How old does she need to be registered to a catechism class? Does anyone out there has the list of CCAs providers by the SAPS? One parent in this forum mentioned that the Speech and Drama provided by the Julia Gabriel. How about the rest of CCAs? Does anyone know who is the school bus provider? With all these questions, I am really a kiasu conform parent.

RE: St Anthony's Primary
I think I am conforming myself to be one kiasu parent or else I will not post my question.
Chief Kiasu, are you one of the parents who has kids at SAPS? Would you share your own experience as SAPS parents? Kindly reply to my queries. I am kiasu enough by asking this, -
RE: St Anthony's Primary
Hi, weโre lucky enough that my youngest daughter has been accepted in SAPS for P1 in 2010. Is there any other "angmohs" or Eurasian kids in the primary school? I do not want her to feel alienated or feeling different among the SAPS schoolers next year. She has been going to international school for the last three years. We think itโs time for her to expose more in the Singaporeans community.
Your feed back would be appreciated to ease my "worries".
