Sorry Boogie, you mean after the camp there is still an interview? So there is the initial test, plus camp, plus interview? Really long process for NusH. :slapshead:

FYI, the interview is only for those who are not a very \"clear\" case whereby the school needs further assessment to see if the student is able to adapt to the school's vigorous curriculum and if the school is a good fit for the student. I think this is a good move for the student as well as the school.

And for those who never receive any email regarding the interview, it means you are a clear cut case, either a reject or offer, so don't give up yet.

The interview will be on 1 Aug and the DSA Preview (which is similar to HCI's DSA Symposium) is on 13 Aug, so which means the results will be out probably by next week, both via email & through the DSA portal. All applicants will be informed at the same time.

You will be collecting your CO/WL during the DSA Preview as well as the school will conduct a more detail talk and school tour for these selected students so that they can make an informed decision whether to accept or reject the offer.

Thanks to all for the well wishes and sharing by dagong99. DSA is a once in a lifetime experience for my DS. The outcome is not as important as the journey of going thru it. The exposure is what I see value in going thru the DSA.

Which school he chooses, we leave it to him. We want him to go thru the process, check out the schools and not be influenced by hearsay from friends. He has completed interviews at RI & HCI.

Any idea which is the top mainstream Pri 4 class next year?

Based on the 2014 P4 Class Allocation list, it should be 4A and 4I for top mainstream. The top students from his class are allocated to the 2 classes.

For GEP students, they will assemble at the canteen on the 1st day of school where they will be notified of their class.
