you do know that there are many car plate scalpers (dealers) who immediately bid off all the nice plates and hoard them for resale right, its almost impossbile to get a good price

I always find the IB education to be more holistic compared to the A levels. It seems like they give more emphasis on course work, independent learning, and non curricular activities. That said, its often more favourable when it comes to applying for overseas university.
For local uni, its much dependent on the entry requirements, after that its all based on merit, especially the resume and CV -

There’re a few IB tuition centres at Far East Shopping Centre, maybe can give them a shoutout.
My nephew was enrolled in Quintessential Education Centre for Economics and Physics and got distinctions for both, according to him the teachers were very qualified and professional.
Heard from him other ones there like Student Inn, MindLearn are also situated there and many of his schoolmates have IB tuition at that building. -
