      should i appeal for RGS?
RGS is a very good school but you need to talk to her to see if she wants to go. If she doesen't, you shouldn't force her to go as she won't perform to her full ability if she doesen't really want to go.
If she does, I think she should go for it but you should also make use of the other options and fill up all 6 choices.

      Hey!

I'm wondering if you can recommend any schools for my cousin. She lives in Toa Payoh, got 253 for her psle and wants to get a list of recommendations of good schools she could apply to. She would like it if the schools were nearby (based in the south?).
She went to CHIJ Toa Payoh primary and would like to try something else. She says that she would like a school with IP if possible.
      Any suggestions?
      Thanks. 🙂

    • RE: Cheating Spouses

I think that there is ZERO excuse for cheating so they shouldnt try and make up any lame excuses! The ever classic excuses:

      1. I dont know what happened
      2.IT WAS THE ALCOHOL.
      3.I was finding myself
4.Your not giving me enough love ( or whatever other stuff he throws at you)
Basically, if a man/woman loves you enough, they would never do anything to hurt you, so dont fall for their excuses and their sad life stories. Divorce them because this affair they have proves to you they dont really love you as much as they said they did.
In the end, I think that you should chose the right person before marriage to avoid such situations.
If you’re the cheater… YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

    • RE: LIVING IN MISERY, THINKING OF A DIVORCE

      EQUINOX:
My husband and I have a generation gap of 25 years and he is very old and I am in my late 40s. He has been in the civil service and has been teaching until he decide to retire at 55. I was shocked at his decision and he kept digging into his savings for years and until lately went bankrupt. I tried a tuition job but the earnings were not enough to maintain his livestyle. He refused to give up his car as he have to travel to the west to teach. He asked me to be his guarantor for a $5k loan and used me to guarantee for his car loan as well. We have a 17 year old JC student and I have been paying her for studies while he paid for the house maintenance.

Now he is complaining that he has been paying paying paying without realising that I have been paying paying as well. Things took a bad turn when my girl told my husband to stop whinning and stop acting like a kid when he complained that I gave pocket money to my parents and not to him. He canceled our medical benefits and kept my girl's passport so that she cannot leave the country. He defaulted on the credit card loans and now myy funds are limited, I expect him to work for his own maintenance and now he threaten to sell the house where he thinks he can pocket 1/2 of our 5room flat and live in a studio. He was thinking of the 30K COV. I told him he should get 1/3 as I need the 2/3 for a 3 room flat. My girl will stay with me. Now he threaten to go to my office and tell on me. He had sabo me before in my old job and now he is taking me on in my current job. The commotion was so embarassing that I had to leave. Now I fear history would repeat itself and I would be without a job and my girl will have to suffer because of her daddy's stupidity. When a man aged, he is not getting cleverer. He splits the house and makes us pay extra for the laywers and brokers. He wants to punish me but it will end up my girl will suffer. What should I do to remove this pest from my life? God helps!
Sorry im breaking the news to you but he sounds like a really mean person! If he had any love for you at all, he would change for the better no matter what! I'm sorry to say this but you should divorce!

the title of this thread is not correct, it should be

\"Accept that you, as the owner of a rich and powerful penis, are at risk\"

owners of a poor one are not, because women know which to bite.

true, but if not done properly, results will be serious.

actually, you dont really have to do such extreme revision if u have revised well for your past year exams!

I mean, math is really just a practice and there is not much to study and the concepts and quite... simple.
English is another practice, even synthesis.
Mother tounge should be easy if u just remember the neccesary words which come back to you easily since u already learned them ( assuming your a hardworking student who prepared for all her exams with a kiasu parent) and just practice the papers and keep increasing your vocab.
science is quite easy, dont spend too much time on the concepts and focus on the keywords. Memorise them all and look at the question and try and see what concept the question is asking for and use the necessary keywords and synthesize them into a nice sentence.
The end! Not much to it but requires hard work, confidence and sheer determination. 🙂 Good luck for psle!

no no, to be super duper very2 kiasu, your count down ought to have started 12 months ago....that is what the principal said, the PSLE preparation starts in Pri 5, not Pri 6......better late than never .... lol

errr, sorry to spoil your evening

So KS parents who wish to have a headstart must start counting at P4? :rotflmao:

you just reminded me of the principal's briefing at the end of P4, in a serious tone, like reprimanding naughty kids (parents) like that \"don't ever think that your son's / daughter's PSLE preparation starts in P6, it starts in P5....\" I am grateful for the wake up call because many schools' DSA call for P5 results[/quote]hiyah, no way lor. I studied in the april of my p6 year and got 245

Regardless of where Elsa goes, she has her handphone with her. (P.S. I can't remember the exact question)

The tricky part is the word 'where', which is changed from 'wherever'.

Elsa has her handphone with her no matter where she goes to.

sorry. You are wrong cos u cant add in words like \"no matter\" if its not mentioned in the sentence. Its correct but they dun give u marks for just being grammatically correct.
