As a general rule of thumb,
Accountancy as a field has been shrinking, apart from auditing in which is growing.
As such, upon graduation, your sibling might be walking into a stagnant/shrinking industry if she intends to pursue a degree relevant job.
As for computer science, there is very little support for it in Singapore’s industry as it is more towards a theoretical math kind of thing. Computer engineering would yield a higher median pay.
In the end, it would be a matter of what are the intentions and what level of pragmatism is taken into account.

RE: GEP 2018 - Screening and Selection Test
I was previously from the GEP, generally speaking, there is no credible way to prepare for it.
I apologize if this reply is too late to help.
As a rough rule of thumb, they would be testing English, Math and Science ~2 grades above their age (P4/5 to a P3 kid) + 1 "Abstract Thinking" section.
Generally speaking, it would be really hard to prepare for the abstract thinking section (referencing developmental psych) as most either are or are not, and those skills develop with age.
I would not advise paying money to people without qualification to educate your child.
If you are hell bent on prep, I am willing to help you. Just drop me a direct message, so that it pops up on my main email.
