My daughter has been at Childfirst @ Tampines since she was 18 months old. She just turned 3 recently.
My daughter does not speak much mandarin at home due to little exposure. But after attending Childfirst @ Tampines, she has started to sing a lot of Chinese songs and expresses herself quite proficiently in mandarin now, all credit to her teachers.
I find the teachers there very patient and some (though not all) do genuinely care for the kids. On my daughter's birthday, the teachers have given her presents, paying out of their own pockets and I am very touched by their kind gestures. Although they are very nurturing, they are also firm at the same time, addressing discipline issues and ensuring a safe environment for all the children.
In addition, the beautiful premises is a big plus!
I am going to enrol my younger daughter there when she comes of age.
Great school!
