@Sonny7RG7 not heard anything so far. I wish RGS would inform parents and students soon, even if application was unsuccessful (especially if it’s a unsuccessful - then we can go out for ice-cream, close this chapter, and fully concentrate on upcoming exams without distraction).

@Bopian123 wow so many sessions. I suppose they must get quite a large number of applicants. Was there a second round for interviews? Dd only attended one sessions. If there’s two rounds then it’s gg for her liao.

@leafy123 we have not heard anything yet, but I guess another 2 weeks max to wait (since already waited so long Whats another 2 weeks 🤪). Anyone who has any news do please update, so we can congratulate yoi / cry together with you. This waiting is so distracting!

@Princesswinn same here, still waiting. Hopefully they will release after prelims. I guess can’t do anything except wait patiently!

@2019mama 2 interviews in our experience. Different sets of teachers and different tasks to complete, different questions asked.

@Poohwei heard from DD’s classmate (whose sister went for rgs sco trial 2 years ago) that there is no second round for rgs science. They are asked some questions during the trial and teacher scribe down their answers and observations during the performance task. We were glad to hear this becos speaking to people is not one of DD’s forte.

Anyone knows roughly when RGS will starting handing out offers / rejections?

Hi parents, anyone can advise for visual arts audition? School’s email says bring along portfolio on the day of audition;

Do the kids:
A) bring in their portfolio of artwork (physical originals - but some are not possible to bring as too large), or
B) bring along printed copies or
C) just bring soft copies will do?

Have emailed the school but no reply yet. Wondering what is the usual practice? Any advice greatly appreciated.
