Any idea what is the lowest tscore that qualifies for 3rd language? That is an indicator of the range for the top 10 percent in Singapore. Believe it is 250. Anyone knows of anything lower that qualifies?

Heard from a mother from Punggol Pri that the top kid had 274, and 14 kids with 4 A*s. Looks like it beats all other schools hands down!
