If a subject Teacher goes on maternity leave or apply for no paid study leave or go on Sabatical leave , another Teacher will come in to teach

I think it is the same class and subject teacher within a year. It will be quite strange to replace one with another one going on maternity/sabbatical/etc.

I have heard that one class had a change of a core subject teacher 2 to 3 times in recent year. But it is not IP class.
