I’m thinking of registering my child there in Phase 2C cos my aunt stays there. I heard alittle about their Holistic Assessment prog.

The childcare centre that is opening at pinnacle is MMI preschool. Any comments about it? Intending to put my little one there when it opens in mid July..

The fee i heard the CC fee will be around > $1.1k, infant will be at least $1.5k or more because of rental $30k to $40k.

Why childcare at HDB charging such a high fee? They think Duxton resident are rich? Duxton resident should boycott that centre for charging them such a superb high fee!

The rental assume $35k, staff pay $30k plus $10k misc. guideline 70 students breakeven...

Anyway, duxton resident have a choice, beside the CC is PCF....

Yes it's estimated at $800 after FTWM subsidy. Price aside, any comments about MMI in general? Comparing MMI and Carpe Diem in Kallang which is newly opened. I actually love the place at Carpe Diem.. big and roomy.. only problem is the distance for me though my hubby works in Kallang. Cos I'm the one who will pick him up everyday after work..so definitely somewhere near duxton is better...
