My 2 cents after going to a condo preview near ACS. As much as PV helps, its does not secure placement if u r outside 1km. Particularly if you consider population density.

Had made some major investment for 1km to sch n also PV to get higher chance.

Yes, it's within 1km to all 3 schools but at > $2,500 psf, it may not be the best option if distance (to the 3 schools) is an important consideration. I would rather look at other options.

I call ad & learn lots from the agent about admission.
Within 1km no guarantee but will give a big boost.
When to his preview, was impressed by his small $1.2+m & ID quality.
I gave refundable cheque to book seat for Friday's launch.
Call him, even no buy also can get good tips from him.
