I am a parent of 3 DO RE MI. The oldest being close to 4 years old in age and the youngest barely 10 months old. We used to hire helper during the first child. Changed a few and in the end, we manage our expectation instead and decided to make do without one. The hassle of having a helper can be quite massive. But if you would like to hire one, maybe hire a Burmese. But you have to be very patient in terms of communications.
