That really sounds ridiculous. as children only need to be in the hall by 12.30pm for their silent reading. But most children who go by school bus reach school before 12.15pm. I am staying 3 streets away from the school, and my kids need to be picked up at 11.50. It used to be 12.

DS will be picked up from Jurong West at 11.35am, which already think its rather early. Yours at 10.30am?? Need so long to reach the school?

Can current mommies advised what will the kids do or where will the kids go after alighted the school bus??
Silent reading in the hall straight away?

      Thanks.

      Hi,

I am staying in Clementi, my DS was also picked up at 10.45am and reached home ard 7.45pm! And the bus operator was charging like $150!! Was wondering if there is any other options as he seemed really tired after coming back from school... maybe other SAPS parents here staying in Clementi would like to car pool?

      Thanks.

thanks for all the warm welcome!

yes, indeed i’m fortunate that a colleague told me about this forum. Previously, I had no idea that P1 registration in singapore can be so complicated since I was from Indonesia.
