I think its wonderful to celebrate Children’s day after PSLE instead of during the exam.

I’m guessing that there could be some changes regarding tuitions coming up as there seems to be so much discussions going on, especially in the MSM.


I’m taking thing at a time, thinking about the coming SA2 first. I told my ds that he has to start his engine early, during the Nov/Dec holidays. But I know deep inside my heart that this is an uphill task, knowing that how not hardworking my ds is and how lazy his parents are now, especially after coming to 5years of coaching, arguing and fighting, we are all getting fatigue. I can’t wait for everything to be over SOON… haiz…

I will also like to know the answer.


According to my friend’s experience, those foreign students will go back to their home countries immediately after PSLE. I’m planning to go for holidays at the end of Oct next year, but ds will still attend the last week of school before the year end school holiday. However, I’m thinking of not letting him go to school at all after psle, except to attend some events or collect report book, if we are moving away. But not sure if school will allow. Please share.

They are all 2010-2012 candidates.[/quote]Yes, the range for A is wide (75-90) and the t-score is also depends a lot on the overall performance of the cohorts. But here we are talking about high A (above 84/85). Hence I disagree with Victboy's statement of 'unlikely'. It's our responsibility to give opinions with a clear indication if this is just personal assumption or based on real life examples. I find we shouldn't be giving assumptions, especially at this PSLE period, to discourage others.

Sama sama, saw the P6 waiting to go up into exam hall yesterday and can't help but think it will be dd's turn next year.

Looking at those PSLE kids walking home after their papers, goosh my ds will be one of them yesterday! Feeling stress now… His teacher talked to them about DSA yesterday.
