phtthp:
it is good & heartening to hear that your daughter is \"very interested\" in SNGS, because the powerful self-motivational internal driving force inside her, will spur her to greater heights.

you may give a phone call to Anna (CHIJ St Nicholas Secondary school bus operator, overall in charge), telephone : 9455-0531

Anna will then give you the telephone # of the respective school bus driver, in charge of your residential area.
You can call up the driver directly, ask him what time, he can pick your daughter to school to and fro, as well as school bus fees per month .

depending on how far the distance is : from your home to St Nick Secondary, below is roughly the school bus fees, per month :
http://chijstnicholasgirls.moe.edu.sg/primary/primary-info-hub/bus-services

on Cca days -
there is a Cca school bus that leave school 4.30 pm, to bring students home.

may refer to the list of Secondary school Cca(s), available here :
http://chijstnicholasgirls.moe.edu.sg/secondary/ccas
Thank you for the information. Realised the link is for primary school. So the bus service is available to secondary students too?

ecyh75:
Thanks ecyh75 & Pen88n. Wonder why some schools are so fast & some have no news at all since these schools all require GAT.

Admin Staff from DHS shared that the last Batch of GAT results just came in...so those applied under the Academic domains will be at a later date ...
She mention that this weekend are only for the CCAs..
Hi ecyh75,
So for CCA audition, they don't refer to GAT result? Any idea? Thanks.
Hi Ling98,

For DHS, only shortlisted applicants will be invited to the trials, those students must have cleared the first round of 'Academic' screening based on their P5 and P6 mid-year results.

She also mention that Students will be expected to demonstrate dribbling, lay-up, shooting and passing. Also, there will be tests on speed and agility.(For basketball CCA)

So if they manage to convince the Coaches, then they will look at the GAT results of the Students during the final selection process ...IMO
Hi ecyh75,
Thank you for the info!

Janet and all,

Where can I get the \"Grammar guide by Teachers' Production\" now?
Any picture?

TIA!
Janet,
Comparing Grammar guide (Teachers' Production) vs EPH's grammar quick revision (which Champion had uploaded the pic at link below), which is better?

Teachers' Production is much better, esp for lower primary.
Hi mummies,

Registered my gal in RSS and I'm getting nervous about P1 next year.
Would like to check with you all,

Will RSS organise any activities/prep course for new P1 kids besideds the orientation? I read in this forum that some schs do and it's very useful.

And are we parents allowed to go into the sch during the 1st few days?

Thanks! šŸ˜„
