Hi! I'm looking for feedback on online supplementary classes/courses.
      Has anyone tried ?
Is it better than doing assessment books?
      Thanks in advance. 🕺
I will give a test to student on first lesson to customise lesson plan to him or her so as to target his weaker portions and not just go through assessment books without focus.

I obtained A1 in both Emath and Amaths in Olevels and A* for Math in PSLE. I am currently studying Business Analytics which deals with statistics. I also have experience working in analytics company which deals with statistics as well. Hence I am comfortable working with numbers and will be able to teach the children patiently given my past experience teaching young kids.

I am currently tutoring 2 p6 and 5 p5 students in mathematics and am familiar with the syllabus. My students have fed back that my methods have helped them do problem sums better so I will be able to greatly assist the child.

PM if you are interested in engaging a tutor to assist your child.

Some tuition centres claimed landlords are not giving them rental rebates so there will be little or no discount given for home based e-tuition. They told parents that they have plenty of overhead cost to cover so they expect all parents to be understanding.

      Is this true?

It seems contradicting to what was shared by our minister.

actually, that's their problem also what. what cost and etc...

When there is a certain value of \"enrichment\" to be delivered and if that value diminishes when delivered via Zoom, then there is a justifiable case for negotiation of fees.

That said: I am not a demanding parent.
Many fees - I paid annual.
Those monthly / Quarterly payment, I took whatever discounts offered (if any)

have bigger issues to worry about and thus did not argue with the enrichment center admin.

I am a part time tutor currently tutoring 5 p5 students and 2 p6 students in mathematics. I have my own teaching methods to train the students in topics they are weak at to practice common concepts and my students have given feedback that my methods have helped them solve problem sums well.

I have also taught preschool and primary Chinese and English for a year previously and my students have improved by up to 10 marks from a fail to a pass within half a year of me teaching them.

Test will be given to student on first lesson to determine weak points and customise lesson plan instead of just going through assessment books. All materials will be provided by me either curated from online or created myself.

Interested parents please contact me via my mobile at 989*** or my email at [email protected].
