tree nymph:2ppaamm,thanks! i just realized that i don't have a proper oven in my mum's place, only one where i can toast bread/chix/hotdogs etc. don't know if i can use it or not to bake this pineapple roll. i can't use the kitchen at my FIL's house.Hi Tree nymph, those small toasters will be a bit too hot unless you can adjust the temperature. But I remember using those to bake when I was younger. Let me experiment a bit and if I manage to remember the method, I'll let you know.
