Thanks! True, living healthily for our kids is a good motivation..today I tried soya bean with bread, at least it is not fried. One small step at a time.
no step is too small!. wonderful! keep at it! :rahrah: -

RE: What is your breakfast?
Jennifer:
What kind of drinks use fructose corn syrup?Good morning.
2 slices of bread with butter spread and topped with canned tuna and a cup of black coffee.
Watched a Korean health programme (with English subtitles) - frustose corn syrup goes directly into the liver, the liver mistook it for alcohol which results in a non-alcoholic fatty liver. scary. -

most of the inspiration comes from vanity!
Been reading this thread, am inspired to eat more healthily like you haha..but my breakfast is always still the same, you tiao with soya bean drink before work. How do you inspire yourself to eat healthily? Or do you already like it?llshirley4:

banana muffin and plain yogurt drink
secondary inspiration, from my kids. hopefully, be their inspiration for healthy living. although dh thinks that living healthily is the slowest way to die, but i believe everyone dies sooner or later, but i want my life without urban sickness like high blood pressure, clogged arteries, heart trouble etc.
llshirley4, make a small change, a small switch each time. just a suggestion here, take your breakfast choice. soya bean drink is healthy too. maybe make it low sugar? youtiao.... ahem... can find alternatives?
take a small step each time, and it all adds up! you can do it!

My friend has kids there. So far she is quite happy with them, class size is quite big but since her kids can focus, she is ok with it. The materials are not super tough but doable kind.Hi mummies,
do you have any feedback on Mavis Rivervale Plaza? -
RE: The Alternative Story (TAS) - Discussion
Hi TAS,
May I know if we can pay to sign up for TAS classes in the East through interbank transfer? And just to check your classes are still up to 16 max? -
RE: Learning Point - Discussion
Sorry removed my comparison, not too comfortable with comparing mindstretcher and LP as some of my friends have differing opinions from mine, dont want to end up misleading parents just based on my own experience.
