The ex employer is a young couple. She was employed to look after their sick dad but decided to send him to a old folks home instead so this maid was not needed. At that time, I was looking for a maid so another relative link us up.

She is a transfer maid from a distant relative who have never visit me. I receive a call from this relative wanting to visit her to give her a bday present. Her bday is in early September and she only work for this relative 2 months only. After she was transfer to me, I realize she is not good in her job and don’t follow instruction, so not very happy with her already and out of no where receive this funny request that they (couple) want to come over to visit my maid. They are so distant till they don’t know my address type of relative.

my indo maid wants to come back and work for me, she and I both don't wan to go thru agent. I wan to do direct hire, I called indo embassy, they said direct hire is not allowed, I must go through agent. but I have called mom and they said can, just send the in-principle approval letter from mom, security Bond letter and air ticket to her.

does she need to apply for the ktkln card in indo? how does she apply?

A lot of comparison for UG and clubs. How about sports cca. Easy to score cca points?

Is it easier to earn cca point in a sports cca compared to uniform group or performing arts? If the child represent school in zone and national competition, what are his chances of getting 20 points at the end of his 4 years for jc admission. This is assuming that he is not holding any leadership position. :?

Is the cca grade important? How does it effect the girls year 4 result? For mainstream students cca grade can be use to deduct some points off their O level result, but how does it affect IP students?

My gal dsa last yr into one of the top sch. Her PSLE score is about 20 marks off the cut off point. So far she is coping well with both her study and cca. Her tests so far are within the average score. However, there are some classmates who look down on dsa student and refuse to be in the group with them in case they drag down their score. After you get into your dream school, things may not be happily ever after. I did not factor in her emotional problem when I dsa last year. A decision which I regretted.
