Sometimes we are better off without a partner than having someone who is there but do nothing and keep hurting you…

im new here and will be registering my son for P1 in phase 2C next week...
just curious if I should do the registration in the morning or its ok to do it in the afternoon..and are the intake a first come first serve basis?

There is no first come first serve basis for phase 2A-2C.
