Only NYGS and RGS are IP for her. For other such as MGS, St Nick with both "O" and "IP" track, she is only offered "O" level. I wonder could it be those IP places have already been taken up during the DSA phase ?[/quote]

Hi all

My daughter also just received her SPERS result and was offered 3 IP schools and 3 IP and O schools, but, as someone mentioned earlier, if she opts for this, she will be automatically offered the O level programme only).

Now, left with the tricky school selection process as there is NO guarantee that candidate will be admitted into any of the 6 schools selected from the list provided.
(I tried calling MOE but as others have shared, MOE quote their standard remark that list of schools provided is the indication on my daughter’s performance and posting is based on available school vacancies).

On this note, can anyone share their past experiences on the school choices and results?
What are the ranges of PSLE cut-off that we need to consider?

Also, tips for parents:
When you register for SPERS, please indicate Chinese in the mother tongue language section (I misinterpreted and did not list Chinese, resulting losing schools which offer Higher Chinese Language from the list of schools provided ~ called MOE to clarify earlier as I noticed some schools with lower PSLE cut-off are not in the list).
