The way I look at it is very simple. If a job that pays salary $X and has benefits ABC is moved to a 'clean wage formula', then the value of providing ABC must be added back to X upon the removal of ABC. Otherwise, it is not 'moving to a clean wage formula'. It is just a pay cut.


So, the simple question is: were salaries of teachers adjusted to compensate for the removal of the free parking benefit? If not, it is just a pay cut.

Can anyone share tips on how to write for P1? In K2 my ds hardly write sentences. I find it difficult to explain what are paragraphs and things like that. Waiting for school to let me know if there will be compo writing.
