I will be travelling to taiwan in Nov... below are the places that im planning to cover...


1day - taoyuan to taichung, stay 1 night..
2 & 3rd day - taichung to alishan.. (2 nights)
4th & 5th day - alishan to cinjing (stay at starry minshu) ..
6th & 7th day - cinjing to hualian (will hire a driver)
8days - hualian to taipei....

As bove itenary, is my the route that ive planned is in sequence? Hope to receive feedback... thanks.

Hi there!

Imo, i think it is in sequence. From Taoyuan to Taichung is quite convenient can take bus or gaotie. We stayed at the starry minsu previously, recommend to bring warm clothing! DD was so cold at night. Around the minsu has no convenience stores so also suggest tt you can buy some snacks before going up to starry, DD was so hungry at night even though we finished the hotpot dinner.

Any current mummies/daddies want to join a speech and drama class in the sept holidays? DD has been asking for speech and drama class non stop..im thinking of asking them to open one in sept hol.

i like this idea! i will go and express my interest to the staff too....but maybe for next year march holiday and can get practice for oral also... sept holidays just pass. how old? btw do you know if can register for next year already? i am a true blue :siam: kiasu parent! scared no more vacancies...have PM you too.

My takeaway frm talk is that to help your child in compo writing, we must first cultivate lian xiang li...联想力 and also cultivate our children to observe their surroundings more so that they can describe the ppl looks, emotions etc better. It is interesting bcos this is advice frm an author rather than a teacher, authors hve to write almost on a daily basis but teachers not necessarily....fresh pov for me esp whn i been trying to get DD to memorize vocab..checked w the staff if they r gg to organize any compo writing workshops 4 the kids...but not confirmed yet... hope DD can go though. :rahrah:

I didnt know they also have cultural camps. I didnt receive any news abt tt yet. maybe will ask more this sat.
