Hi. Can anyone advise the guidelines on school shoes for MJS? Is it only fully white shoes allowed?

Hi. Not sure if this has been asked. Anyone knows how long does it take for them system to process the declaration of caregiver’s address?

We only submitted this last week as we were undecided (our house is within 2km but caregiver’s is within 1km). Tried to register for our child today (Phase 2C). Just realised we still have to wait for an approval email to notify us that the caregiver’s address is successful.

So now we’re thinking to wait for caregiver’s application approval or just submit using our home address.

even if use caregiver's address, though is <1km, rule is it will be treated as 1-2km.
So no point. Just use your address which is same, 1-2km.

Oh thanks for that. I have always had the impression that it’ll be treated according to caregiver’s address. Will just submit based on ours then!

Here are the list of schools that increased their places. Some decreased. All these were announced by MOE very late (June 27):

i realise that monfort is reducing from 150 to 120 to 80 (for 2013 kids). Is the school closing down?[/quote]
May I know where this information was found? I read in sgschooling website that there were 120 vacancies in 2019 and 80 was allocated for phase 1. Or did i read the information wrongly?

We're residing between 1-2km away from monfort, but his grandparent is staying next to the sch. monfort was one of our choices. but if true, there's only 80 places, then that would make it hard to get a slot in 2C?
