    • RE: Mrs Lee Math Tuition - Discussion

Can I check which level does Mrs Lee teach? I am wondering if Mrs Lee does not teach all classes, which other teacher in the centre is good too? Her centre is Leaping Math in Parkway Centre?[/quote]

I understand that Mrs Lee teaches mostly P5 & P6. If i am not wrong she teaches other levels but maybe 1 or 2 classes max.
I am not certain about other teachers, you may want to check with her.

Yes, her centre is at Level 10 of Parkway Centre.

I thought Mrs Lee only teaching P5/6?

      Hi Blessedwife

Mrs Lee teaches from P4 onwards (but only few classes under her), her focus are the P5 & P6.

    • RE: Mrs Lee Math Tuition - Discussion

I came across Mrs Lee's class through KS forum(Thanks!).

My son (P4) who was good in Math but very careless at times, became very motivated (he is usually dreamy and not so motivated) to achieve better grades.

After 4 months in Mrs Lee's class, he managed to achieve his highest grade ever (96!!) for Math this year.

I totally agree with aichoo on the part that Mrs Lee is very committed to bringing out the best in her students. I felt she is very strict yet super concerned about the kids' well-being and achievement, just like any parent to their kids.

Plus most importantly he loves her class and cannot wait to show Mrs Lee his results!

So a big big :thankyou: Mrs Lee!!

      Miracle Child:
      Thanks, thanks.

My DS is in P3. I am not sure how the school selects the subjects. DS just brought home forms for all 3 subjects and we signed him up for all of them as DS said he was keen.

Perhaps you may wish to ask the school the basis in preparation for next year....I didn't know there was creative writing until I read from this forum...DS is also very keen in story writing.
My son's school only provide the form for Math. I was hoping they have more subjects to allow the kids to try it out.

Your DS sounds like a bright and hard working boy!

      Canvas:
Does anyone know if we can take the UNSW papers externally? To be honest, I wasn't enthusiastic enough previously and opted my Pri 3 DS out of the papers and now then I realised that they could be useful.

I have checked with UNSW before, only can be taken through their school.
maybe you can call them to check again.

      Miracle Child:
Yes, know all DS results although the Math cert not back yet. So proud of him...he had high distinction for all 3 subjects. 🕺

      Congrates Miracle Child!

      How old is your child?
Your child's school signed up for all the subjects by the school?

My son's school only signed him up for Math. How do the school select which subject to sign up for?

      Thanks

      Hi all,

Can I check,UNSW-ICAS papers can only be tested via the child’s school? if my DS’s school only asked the pupils to be tested for Math, so means English and Science, would have to be tested in another school or it is not allowed at all, only via the Child’s school?

      thanks

      hi,

any parent here send child to Marine Parade branch for CMA mental maths ? any good teacher to recommend - patient and good? will be weekday Mon - Friday, can be morning 9 am or at night 7.30 pm. many THANKS for kind recommendation! 🙂
Jovin is a very good teacher. Patient and caring.
I don't think they have morning classes on weekdays, only during weekend classes.
7:30pm classes are the timing for weekdays' evening classes.
