I think the waves are harmful to the health as they may have harmful radiation! I also use http://bakingreview.com/breville-bov800xl-smart-oven-1800-watt-convection-toaster-oven-with-element-iq/ but not all the times, I use for small requirements like warming up, soup, water etc.!
