If <1km need to ballot for BPPS, when will it conduct?

As of 12noon:
SC < 1km - 74
SC 1-2km - 17

For 69 vacancies.

I will be withdrawing as I fall in 1-2km and near zero chance of balloting as figures for sc<1km will probably increase for these 2 days
