We balloted unsuccessfully for Temasek in Phase 2C. Secured St Stephen’s under Phase 2CS. He is in NAFA Gifted Young Pianists course (if it is any help).

Assuming we are allocated St Stephen under Phase 2A(2) as parent alumni. Subsequently, we withdraw this place to try for Temasek in Phase 2C. If unfortunately we are successful for Temasek, can we still apply for St Stephen again under Phase 2C Supplementary?
