I have registered under Phase 2B and the registration will close tomorrow on 23 Jul. The official result for Phase 2B is 26 Jul (friday). Can I know when will I know or be informed should there be a need for balloting?
Also is there enough time for me to know the ballot results and if I fail, can I still have a chance to apply again in Phase 2C?
