But is the cleaning good if no obstacles? Also it wont move to other areas once is stuck in one area like move backward to go to another place? Maybe I think too highly of it!
It still cannot beat the normal vacuum cleaner. It will not move depending on the items got stuck. You have to make sure that the areas to be vacuum are clear first. Sometime it will stuck to the in-between dining chairs and you have to rescue it. My neighbour bought a similar one and gave up too.
I personally do not recommend a robotic vacuum clearner. -

Want to get a irobot or the equivalent. Any recommendations? Thx
Used to have one, the iclebo Arte. Gave up after using it for almost a year. You have to clear the area first or else the robot will stop running after got stuck by certain object. -

Among all my 9 maids, 2 aged 14 when they worked with us. Surprisingly, they still can worked very well and with matured attitide.
Got a maid bio data say 31. End up real age is 21. Came out to work at 14, and her age was fake ever since.MizzNAH:
Hi,
If you intend to get an Indonesian maid, get one from Java province. They are likely to have a better manner. My current one is from Lombok. Hard headed but very hardworking. Try to find aged range between 30 to 35. They seem to be more mature. Luck play a big part. You will only know when she start work. -

RE: Maid off day
Hi,
My ex-maid used to leave our house at 10 am after she completed the basic housework and returned by 7 pm. We sent her back when she got pregnant. She having affair with a foreign worker during her off day. My current maid is without off day and we compensate her.
She brought along the house key in case we are not back when she return.
We don’t check anything. Just a matter of trust and to ease us mentally. -
RE: Help! Maid caught with HP, Tablet and boyfriend
After having more than 10 Indonesian maids with me, i have learned not to close one eye but both. As long they do the required job i am happy. I have learned that we are dealing with human being, if they cannot change we have to change our mindset.
Maid are easier to tackle 18 years ago when I have my first one. End of the day we are at the losing end, not the maid or the agency. It is getting harder now and I must agree. -
RE: My Maid With Health Issue
Hi members,
Appreciate if you can share your experience, recommendation or advice should you have had this similar problem I’m facing now…
My Indonesian maid complained of severe stomach pain and we sent her to A&E Ktph.
She was observed overnight with Ct scan and later diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst. Having a follow up for ultra sound scan and to see a gynae. She was with us since September last year, a transfered maid. Interim bill show 1.6 k and follow up will be non subsidise. I can sense that she may need more followup and I need to sent her.
Having a dilemma whether to proceed with the medical follow up and keep her or to slow talk with her and ask her to return home.
