I asked the school who’s the boy with the racket and the parents . The school ignored my email. The form teacher on phone say don’t know who. They just don’t bother . I suspect is negligence of the school. But instead of meeting me professionally, they try to cover up and give excuses.

Thanks for your feedback.
I hope to see the scene and understand how the incident happened. So like what you suggested, I emailed the school to request to meet with them. But the school had ignored my emails. Instead They ask form teacher to call me and my Wife to settle the matter without meeting. The whole thing is my son fault. He choose to play near others who is playing Badminton.
The way this school choose to handle such situation with parents is not setting a good example for the boy who had the racket, the victim, the parents from both sides and other students. No proper closure, sounded more like covering up of lack of safety measures. Both my son and I think this school is hopeless at these things. They did give us a form for us to try to claim medical expenses. Guess we have to learn to accept and move on. -

Accidents are preventable, perhaps this type of injury is considered minor to you. -

Hi
My child is from MSH primary. He came home recently from school with a broken front tooth.
He was hit by a badminton racket by another boy.
Very upset as the school just gave me a phone call suggesting is my child’s fault and does not provide much information on the investigation or what they have done to improve safety in the school in future.
My child has to live with this dental problem in life.
Hope to obtain some helpful suggestions from other parents here. Thanks.
