Wah now got new service coming up dat connect NCHS directly to airport liao, just outside the sch somemore.

(news just out today fm https://www.facebook.com/WeKeepYourWorldMoving/)

So now it will b more convenient for kids to go airport study?

Hello! I ll b accompanying my sibling to Nan Chiau High's open house on Sat. Saw fm the earlier posts dat thr is a new bus from Compassvale Int Sengkang to Airport, and stops rite at Nan Chiau High (side gate i guess?). But still abit blur.... Isnt Compassvale Int part of Sengkang Int? Google Maps shows a grass patch rite beside Compass Point... #confused :?:

The image is :https://s26.postimg.org/wjj38kvjt/21369621_1640662732670623_8448692307499285065_n.jpg

Technically it is an extension of Sengkang Int.

No need to worry too much actually just follow the signs when u r at Sengkang Int. Its linked by an overhead bridge (the same one dat was there long ago) or u can just cross the \"service road\" (not sure what is it called) at the main entrance of Sengkang Int to get thr.

Borrowed this image as an illustration. Hope will b clearer than words

If not 372 also goes to Nan Chiau High directly. (just dat will take a bit more time).

So... basically this table summarises all the stuff

https://s2.postimg.org/llr7umznt/Capture.png\">

The posting system will mix and match any possible bonus points (excluding LEP) for the applicant (which maximum is 4 no matter wat)

Then if the applicant ticked \"I want to offer CLEP/MLEP...\" and chose the LEP centres as 1st choice (not sure 2nd choice count anot) extra 2 bonus points will then be counted on top of the bonus points awarded earlier.

Source of table is from the 2018 JAE Booklet (which O Level ppl yall will receive the hard-copy of this book when ur results come out next yr) (https://www.moe.gov.sg/docs/default-source/document/education/admissions/jae/files/2018-jae-information-booklet.pdf)

Weirddad:

Hmmm did yall count in the CCA bonus points? i.e. 2 points for A1 grade in CCA LEAPS point system and 1 point for A2 grade.

So a 6 points deduction can be done in: (assuming A1 in HMT and CCA record)
HMT-----(2pts) + CCA (2pts) + LEP (extra 2) = 6pts OR
Affiliation (2pts) + CCA (2pts) + LEP (extra 2) = 6pts

So not necessary to have affiliation to get 6 point bonus. (think the system still work dat way for LEAPs 2.0 system?)

Yeap it still work dat way, just dat no more A1 and A2 etc (my cohort was the last to use LEAPs 1.0)

Information on the LEAPs 2.0 fm MOE: (the bonus point thing is on page 3 )
