I dun know of any 'best place'. If u dun mind marked-down items, you might come across some pretty good priced ones at some random shoe shops in the city (hay street/Murray street mall) or Freo. Just make sure u r paying for genuine UGG. I saw quite a few discounted ones at the shearing shed in Yallingup as well.

If u will be somewhere near the suburb of Joondalup, there's a UGG store in Lakeside Shopping Centre. That's a huge shopping centre.

I see that for most of the car rental company, they charge "accidental damage reduction" upto A$800. I also purchase travel insurance which has section on ‘rental vehicle excess cover’ for amount upto S$1,500. Does it mean that the rented vehicle is fully covered? or do i still have to get additional insurance for the zero excess claim?
