If I have used my Building under Construction (BuC) address for Phase 2C application but did not manage to secure a slot, I’ll be falling into Phase 2C(S).

Under phase 2c(s), can I then change the registration address to my current place of residence (which belongs to my next of kin ?)

Any requirements which I need to be cognisant of?
