We received letter today.

Since PV, affliation to clans, churches and community service might be abused, MOE could review the 50:50 split in the 2B:2C phase. By adjusting the split to say 20:80, MOE is sending out the signal that the 2C phase is given greater importance and less weight is given to clan/church affliations and PVs.

Expect applicants diverted from ZDPS as 109SC<1km competing for 89 places. So those living outside >1 km no chance at ZDPS and guess they will apply at APS in the afternoon.

APS application for the final day (tomorrow 1 aug) unlikely to exceed the numbers that were registered today (171-125 = 46).


My guess is that everyone (including the PRs) will be in…unless there is a large and unusual withdrawal of applicants from RMPS and ZDPS that re-apply at APS.

Tomorrow, I am going to APS to submit my application (SC <1km).
