Updates in my situation… I inform the form teacher on Monday morning. She called me bk within 1hr and I told her I will wait for the sc to give me a reply. Afternoon when I pick him up, the vp was there and assure me that she will investigate. I saw the boy today and the boys made up, and I have given the form teacher the p3 boy name and hope that that school will have a record and make sure he won’t do it again. Meanwhile, I’m not sure if the vp will let me know what she will do on her side,

It happened in school canteen when Tlc was providing lunch. It happened in front of a group of the bully’s friends and his p1 friends. Tlc will arrange me to meet the boy on Tuesday and I am still thinking if I should complain to school if the boy show no remorse.

I dunno if this question was asked before but how much pocket money do you give a p1 student? My cousin gave $1.50 but I realise some food in school cost $2 for a plate!!

Depending on what your DS will be buying, $1.50-$2 should be enough. I usually give him $10 a week. But my DS usually brings $1.50 to school. Occasionally when he wants to buy bottled drinks or more expensive food, he will bring $2. He likes to save up some money to buy books during bookfair in school. Anyway, don't give too much because the canteen sell snacks and your DS may end up buying snacks instead.

Btw welcome to the family. 🙂

Noted with thanks... I shall give him $2 and monitor first
